Terms of Use for All Emails Connect & AI
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of All Emails Connect & AI (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
All Emails Connect & AI is a utility application designed to act as a unified inbox, allowing you to connect and manage third-party email accounts, schedule daily tasks, utilize artificial intelligence for drafting, and access quick-action communication overlays following phone calls.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
Device Security: The App processes and stores your email and calendar data locally on your device. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to it.
2. Device Permissions and Access
To function correctly and provide its full suite of features, you must grant the App certain device permissions. By using the App, you consent to its use of the following:
Network Access (INTERNET): To connect to your email providers, fetch advertisements, and transmit text prompts to the AI service.
Notifications & Alarms (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): To deliver push notifications and trigger schedule manager reminders precisely at your specified times.
Background Activity (WAKE_LOCK, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): To sync emails in the background and restore your scheduled alarms after your device restarts.
Call State & Overlays (READ_PHONE_STATE, SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): To detect when an active phone call ends in order to display quick-action overlays, utility screens, or promotional content on top of other applications.
3. Advertising, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring
The App incorporates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to serve advertisements and monitor app health:
Advertising: We use Google Mobile Ads and your Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) to deliver personalized or contextual advertisements. By using the App, you consent to the display of these ads, which may appear within the app interface or as full-screen overlays.
Analytics and Stability: We utilize Firebase Analytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services collect anonymized usage data, load times, and automated crash reports to help us improve the App's stability and user experience.
4. AI Email Writer (Generative AI)
The App includes an AI drafting assistant powered by Google's Generative AI technology.
User Responsibility: The AI is provided to assist you in drafting text. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before sending it.
Prohibited Prompts: You agree not to use the AI feature to generate illegal, harassing, discriminatory, explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
5. Third-Party Email Services
The App acts as a client interface to access your existing third-party email accounts.
By connecting an email provider through the App, you agree to continue abiding by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of your respective email providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of the third-party email services you choose to connect.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, that your emails will sync instantly, or that the schedule manager and call overlays will trigger without fail under all device conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of All Emails Connect & AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data (including lost emails or missed alarms), or device functionality, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our official store listing. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
