To function as a unified inbox, the App connects directly to your chosen third-party email providers. Authentication is handled securely, and your login credentials and inbox data are processed primarily to display your messages on your device.
AI Email Writer (Google Generative AI)
The App includes an AI-assisted drafting feature powered by the Google Generative AI SDK.
What is shared: When you actively use the "AI Email Writer," the specific text instructions (prompts) you type into the drafting box are transmitted over the internet to the AI service to generate a response.
What is not shared: The AI tool does not have automatic background access to your inbox. Your past emails, contacts, and personal data are not sent to the AI service unless you manually type or paste them into the prompt box.
Device Functionality and Call States
The App monitors phone state events locally to trigger specified utility overlays and features immediately following a phone call.
2. Third-Party Analytics, Performance, and Advertising
The App integrates industry-standard SDKs from Google and Firebase to serve advertisements, evaluate application performance, and understand user engagement.
Google Mobile Ads SDK: The App utilizes the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) to serve relevant advertisements to you. This identifier allows third-party ad networks to provide personalized or contextual advertising within the App.
Firebase Analytics & Performance Monitoring: We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring (perf), and Firebase Remote Config (config) to collect anonymized user behavior data, monitor application load times, and dynamically optimize the user interface.

Background Processing (WAKE_LOCK & RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Ensures your background sync operations function smoothly and automatically restores scheduled reminders or notifications if your device restarts.
Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE): Allows the App to detect incoming or outgoing call states to determine when a telephone conversation begins or ends.
System Overlay (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Grants the App permission to display localized user interface overlays or windows on top of other active applications following call events.
